Ask suppliers to quote each BOM line with material article code, composition, width, GSM or thickness, stretch or tension data, color status, MOQ, lead time, certificate number, certificate holder, valid-until date, covered article description, and whether later processing is included. Also ask which component is most likely to affect MOQ, price, document availability, or lead time.
