Spandex/elastane jerseys are the stretch backbone of body-hugging lingerie — seamless bodysuits, teddies, shaping briefs and plus-size pieces all rely on 4-way stretch bases that move with the wearer and recover cleanly. We use single-jersey and warp-knit constructions with 12–25% elastane content depending on the support a style requires, and pair them with bonded or flat-lock seams for a smooth, no-show finish.
Typical uses span bodysuits, teddies, seamless briefs, shapewear-adjacent styles and the curve block. These knits are OEKO-TEX® certified, breathable and colour-fast; we grade them accurately from XS through 6X so fit stays consistent across the size run, and offer custom colours and prints for private-label programs.
