Frequently asked questions
What do I need to provide to start an OEM order?
Ideally a tech pack with measurements, materials and construction notes, plus an approved sample or detailed reference. A sketch with size spec is enough to begin — we develop the pattern and proto sample from there.
What is your OEM minimum order quantity?
MOQ is 100 pcs per style. Lower MOQ negotiable for trial/repeat orders and stock styles.
Will you copy or resell my designs?
No. OEM designs you supply remain your intellectual property. We sign NDAs, produce only for you, and never list your styles for other buyers.
How long from approved sample to bulk delivery?
Sampling runs 3–5 working days; bulk production is typically 25–35 days after you approve the pre-production sample and confirm the order.
