For OEM and private-label production our standard MOQ is 100 pcs per style (per colorway). For ready-to-ship wholesale styles the MOQ is as low as 50 pcs. Lower MOQ negotiable for trial/repeat orders and stock styles.

Yes. The 100-pc per-style minimum can be split across our full size run and across colorways of the same design, so you can build a balanced size curve without committing to a single SKU.

We encourage trial orders. A lower MOQ is negotiable for first-time, trial and repeat business — many brands start with one or two styles, validate sell-through, then scale into volume buys against the same approved samples.

Our design team releases roughly 200 new styles per month, and our 18 sewing lines run a monthly capacity of 500K pcs. You can place a multi-style collection in a single PO and we schedule it across lines.

Standard sampling takes 3–5 working days; counter-samples (with your fabrics, trims and labels) typically ship in 5–7 days. Complex constructions or sourced specialty materials can add a few days, which we confirm up front.

We charge a modest sample and mold fee to cover pattern-making and materials. Sample fees are commonly credited back against your first bulk order, and courier is typically on the buyer's account or collect.

Both. Send a tech pack, spec sheet, or a physical reference garment and we reverse-engineer the pattern, grade the size run and produce a fit sample for your approval before any bulk is cut.

Samples go by express courier (DHL / FedEx / UPS) for door-to-door delivery in a few working days. Sample fees can be settled by PayPal for convenience.

Yes — private label is a core service. We apply your woven and care labels, hangtags, size stickers, polybag printing and retail-ready packaging so the finished goods carry only your branding, never ours.

Designs, colorways and Pantone color matching, lace and trim selection, elastics, sliders, rings and clasps (hardware), gift boxes and inner packaging, plus barcodes and compliance labels for your destination market.

Yes. Our ODM library carries 200+ fresh in-house designs each month that you can adopt, restyle and private-label — the fastest route to market when you do not have your own tech packs.

Vector logo files (AI/EPS/PDF) for woven labels and print, your Pantone/TPX color references, and label/care wording. We send digital and physical proofs of all branded components before production.

Bulk production runs 25–35 days after sample approval and deposit, depending on order size, customization and material availability. We confirm a firm ship date on your order confirmation.

Our 12,000 m² facility runs 18 sewing lines with 320 staff and a capacity of 500K pcs per month, giving us headroom for large and repeat programs.

We maintain a 98% on-time delivery rate. Every order is tracked through cutting, sewing, QC and packing against the confirmed ship date, and we flag any risk early.

Yes. With 17 years of export experience and reserved line capacity, we plan ahead for peak seasons and keep approved patterns on file so reorders skip re-sampling.

Stretch lace, mesh and tulle, microfiber, satin, modal and cotton blends, power-net and spandex elastics, plus specialty trims. We can source to your spec or supply from our standing material library.

Core fabrics are available to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100, and we produce to REACH, CPSIA, AZO-free dyes, California Prop 65 requirements using AZO-free dyes for skin-contact apparel.

We are BSCI social-compliance audited; Sedex SMETA member; ISO 9001 quality management; OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 materials. Audit reports and test certificates are available to qualified buyers on request.

Under our ISO 9001 system we inspect incoming materials, run in-line checks at sewing, and perform AQL final inspection before packing. We can also accommodate buyer or third-party (e.g. SGS) inspections.

We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment); L/C at sight; Trade Assurance; PayPal (samples). Terms are confirmed on each proforma invoice.

Standard bulk terms are 30% deposit by T/T to start production with the 70% balance before shipment. Established repeat buyers can discuss extended terms.

Yes. We support Trade Assurance and L/C at sight, giving new buyers payment protection tied to agreed quality and on-time-shipment terms.

We quote FOB, CIF, DDP, EXW and ship by sea freight, air freight, express (dhl/fedex/ups), choosing the mode by order size and your in-store date.

We export through Shenzhen and Guangzhou, both close to our Shantou factory, which keeps inland trucking and lead times short.

We export to 40+ countries, including United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, Australia and more, and we produce to each market's labeling and compliance rules.

Yes. Under DDP we manage freight, duties and customs clearance to your warehouse, so you receive landed goods without handling the import process yourself.

Yes. We offer blind dropshipping where we pick, pack and ship single orders directly to your customers with your branding on the parcel and no Velora paperwork inside.

Dropshipping runs on a per-order basis with no bulk MOQ, drawing from ready stock styles (wholesale MOQ from 50 pcs only applies when you hold your own inventory).

Yes. We can include your custom hangtags, polybag printing and packing slips so the unboxing experience matches your brand, with our identity kept off the shipment.
