Frequently asked questions
How is custom different from OEM and ODM?
OEM makes your existing design; ODM rebrands ours. Custom is full bespoke development — we engineer fabric, color, grading, hardware and packaging from scratch to your brief, even if you don't have a complete tech pack yet.
Can you match a specific fabric or color?
Yes. We source to your reference or develop custom lace, knits and dye lots, and color-match to Pantone. Custom material development may add to the sampling timeline; we'll confirm when we quote.
What's the minimum order for a custom style?
100 pcs per style. Lower MOQ negotiable for trial/repeat orders and stock styles. Custom fabric or hardware development may carry its own supplier minimums, which we'll outline up front.
How long does custom development take?
Standard sampling is 3–5 working days. Bespoke fabric, hardware or grading adds development time; once samples are approved, bulk runs 25–35 days.
